RETURN POLICY

Application for Exchange (“Application”)

This Application applies to GLOBE-TROTTER Hong Kong online shop.

Return and exchange is applicable to the following conditions:

  • Delivered within 14 days;
  • A certified product quality problem;
  • Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;
  • Application without accompanying required supporting documents or information as stated below (“Supporting Documents”) is not accepted.

Supporting Documents for the Application:

  • Photo or video of the defective item;
  • Product with original packaging;
  • Product accessories came with the original packaging;
  • Product warranty card (a clean copy without filling in the information);
  • Delivery invoice;
  • Other information, for example customer’s name, use of coupon/point associated with this transaction if any.

Application procedures:

  • Describe the damage that has occurred by sending an email to gt@nbshk.co
  • GLOBE-TROTTER Hong Kong will arrange collection of the product by a logistics company.

Remarks:

  • Customer may cancel online orders by sending an email to gt@nbshk.co or contacting us by phone +852 2790 8368 before receiving delivery confirmation by call or email.
  • GLOBE-TROTTER Hong Kong will charge a handling of 5% of the grand total of the order or HK$500, whichever is higher.
  • In case of dispute, GLOBE-TROTTER Hong Kong reserves the right for final decision.
